Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) provides PSAPs with the most accurate information about the emergency situation, allowing first responders to do their job more efficiently, respond faster, and save lives.

EMERGENCY SERVICES IP NETWORK (ESInet)

A PSAP must be served by a NENA i3 compliant ESInet to be capable of relaying video, text, medical data, photos, alarm signals and more.

A TRUSTED SOLUTION

Your ESInet operates in a cloud-based environment where each critical component is managed on a redundant and secure connection.  This ensures continuous flow of data communications without interruption of service or impact on performance.

VIRTUAL, SECURE AND RESILIENT

Deployed within a virtual infrastructure, core elements include the Emergency Call Routing Function (ECRF) and Emergency Services Routing Proxy (ESRP) which are protected within redundant secure data centers.

ALL INCLUSIVE

NG 9-1-1 will carry new technologies, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video, photos, text and other multimedia data.

SCALABLE

Built to specifically meet your PSAP’s call handling needs.

  • Call takers have easy-to-use web interface for all text messaging to and from 9-1-1.
  • One vendor to maintain your text needs.
  • Audible and visual alerts for new text segments create a smooth work flow.
  • Cloud-based service.
  • Always up-to-date.
  • Saves capital costs.
  • Texty™ can integrate into almost any PSAP using any available screen space.
