Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) provides PSAPs with the most accurate information about the emergency situation, allowing first responders to do their job more efficiently, respond faster, and save lives.


A PSAP must be served by a NENA i3 compliant ESInet to be capable of relaying video, text, medical data, photos, alarm signals and more.


Your ESInet operates in a cloud-based environment where each critical component is managed on a redundant and secure connection.  This ensures continuous flow of data communications without interruption of service or impact on performance.


Deployed within a virtual infrastructure, core elements include the Emergency Call Routing Function (ECRF) and Emergency Services Routing Proxy (ESRP) which are protected within redundant secure data centers.



NG 9-1-1 will carry new technologies, including Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video, photos, text and other multimedia data.
